A community hub designed to assist and welcome new immigrants to Canada. Features short-term housing, administrative and institutional services, and a thriving community in the heart of Cooksville Mississauga. Completed as a fourth year capstone design project, placing 3rd in MTE pitch competition.

A midrise residential tower designed for 152 Shanley Street, Kitchener, with the intent of combining a blend of commercial/retail spaces within the program. Emphasis was placed on sustainability and passive design strategies.
